Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions with the Nelson Figure Skating Club, doing business as the Nelson Skating Club in Nelson, British Columbia, Canada.  In addition to these general terms and conditions, you will be required to accept the policies as required by each particular program during your registration process.

All transactions will be completed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Non-sufficient funds (NSF) will be charged a fee of $40.00.

Nelson Skating Club does not export goods or services.
